Reporting a problem

To help me resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• The version of the game you are using (shown under Settings → About).
• Your device model (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro or Pixel 8).
• Your OS version (iOS or Android).
• A short description of what happened and the steps to reproduce it.
• Screenshots or a screen recording, if relevant.

Common questions

My score did not appear on the leaderboard

A run only goes to a board once you have chosen a display name, and the tutorial never counts. If you were offline when the run ended, the result is kept on your device and uploaded automatically the next time the game can reach the server — reopen the game with a connection and check again.

I want to change my display name

You can change it at any time in the game. Names are 3–16 visible characters; a few reserved names are rejected. Your new name replaces the old one on the boards.

I am not getting rank notifications

Turn on Rank updates under Settings → Game. If you declined the system permission earlier, the game will not ask again — enable notifications for Jumpy Chewie in your device's settings, then come back and switch Rank updates on.

How do I delete my scores and my data?

Use Reset everything under Settings → Game. It deletes your online player record and its leaderboard scores as well as everything stored on the device. It needs a connection: if the online delete cannot complete, nothing is reset. Deleting the app on its own does not remove your leaderboard entries — email me if you need that done.

Can I change my choice about personalised ads?

Yes — Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy reopens the choice wherever one applies to you. Nothing in the game is locked behind watching an ad, and there are no in-app purchases.

An ad did not load, or the revive did not happen

If the ad fails to show, the offer to carry on comes back and your chance is not spent. Ads need a connection; offline, the game plays normally without them.
